As a social media strategist you will be creating engaging campaigns and grow our digital presence. Using your creativity to shape our brand’s voice and connect with audiences across social platforms.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns to grow LSG's brand and engage target audiences.
Manage and optimise content across multiple social platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent messaging.
Analyse social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximise engagement and reach.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce compelling visuals and copy that resonate with our audience.
Stay ahead of social media trends, incorporating new features and platforms into LSG’s strategy.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers and other external partners to amplify LSG’s online presence.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and platform management.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools for tracking performance (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building through digital channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for engaging, on-brand content.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
