As a Founder Associate you will work closely with the founder, tackling high-impact projects across the company. This dynamic role offers a front-row seat to scaling the business while driving critical initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with the founder to support day-to-day operations and high-level strategic projects.
Assist in the development and execution of new business initiatives across various departments.
Conduct market research, analyse data, and present actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and seamless collaboration across teams.
Act as a liaison between the founder and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for innovation, driving continuous improvement within the organisation.
Requirements:
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of handling complex projects.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Highly analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, business strategy, or market research.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to solving problems and driving initiatives.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not required).
